“For the purpose of bringing our shared past to light and for the advancement of all thinking peoples in our system, we establish with this treaty the Solar Survey Corps. Their mission will be to catalogue all of what lies within the orbit of Sol, to recover lost technology of the Ancients, and to make contact with any peoples yet unknown that share our home star. They will hail from every people, creed and field of study. Through their efforts may both the mysteries of the past be uncovered, and a lasting peace be forged for our future."
